Getting started
Live in 2–4 weeks.
Once source access and priorities are confirmed.
- Step 1
Kickoff
90 minutes to agree priorities and definitions.
- Step 2
Connect
About an hour on your side for source access.
- Step 3
Build and validate
We model the data and reconcile it against your systems.
- Step 4
Live
Your Nest launches, and we keep it running.
Pricing
Priced by your data, not your headcount.
Your plan is set by how many systems you connect, how much data moves, and how often it refreshes. Adding users alone never changes your plan. Extra BI licenses are billed separately.

FAQ
Common questions.
How do you know the numbers are right?
We agree how your key metrics are defined, check the data for quality issues, and reconcile important results against your source systems.
Is our data secure?
Each customer is isolated by default, stored in a US Google Cloud region, with access limited to your assigned Swift team on a least-privilege basis.
What if we want to leave?
Month-to-month with 30 days notice. You own your source data and business definitions, and can receive exports of your data. Swift's frameworks, models and included dashboards stay with Swift.
How current are our numbers?
Your Nest refreshes on the schedule agreed for your plan, daily on Essential. Ask uses the latest published data; asking a question doesn’t trigger a refresh.
Can several departments use it?
Yes. Multiple departments fit on Essential. Adding users never changes your plan; extra BI licenses are billed separately.
What does maintenance mean?
Everything needed to keep your Nest and included dashboards working as designed, with no monthly hour cap. New requirements or scope are quoted separately.
Why not just use AI?
AI is only as good as the data under it. Your Nest maintains the sources, checks and definitions, so nobody has to rebuild that context in a chat.
