Privacy Policy

Last updated October 17, 2026

This is website information for visitors. It is not legal advice, and it does not create a client relationship.

What this policy covers

This policy describes how the Swift Insights website handles information. It applies to this website only. It does not describe how Swift handles information inside a client engagement, which is covered separately when there is one.

Swift Insights does not sell personal information.

Information you choose to share

If you contact Swift — by a form on this website, a scheduling tool, email, or another method Swift offers — Swift receives what you choose to send. That may include your name, organization, email address, phone number, and what you say about the problem you want to solve.

The "Talk to us" form on this site sends your name, work email, company, topic, and any message you write to Swift by email through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that handles it only to deliver the message. If you choose to book a call, the calendar is provided by Calendly, which loads only at that step and receives your name, email, topic, and company to schedule the meeting and send your confirmation. If the link you followed carried campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), the form includes them so Swift knows which campaign you came from. Campaign tags are kept only for the browser session, to attribute a form you send, and are never sent to analytics.

Sending a message does not require an account. Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential files in a first website inquiry.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the host and browser may process basic technical data needed to deliver a page, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. Swift does not use that data to build a marketing profile.

Analytics is not loaded on this site unless you allow it. If you allow Analytics, the site uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how the site is used: for example, which pages are visited, how visitors arrived, general location and device type, and whether a message was sent or a call was booked. Google Analytics does not receive what you write in the form. No advertising or marketing tools are used on this site.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses two categories of cookies:

  • Necessary. Used to remember your cookie choice and to operate the site. These stay on.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics 4, used to understand how the site is used. Off unless you allow it.

Your choice is saved in a first-party cookie on this site for up to 12 months, after which you are asked again. You can change it at any time with Cookie Settings in the footer; turning Analytics off removes its cookies. Rejecting optional cookies does not block the site. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Analytics stays off unless you turn it on.

How information may be used

If you contact Swift, the information you share may be used to:

  • reply to you
  • understand whether Swift can help
  • keep a record of the conversation
  • meet a legal obligation, if one applies

Swift does not use website visitors’ information for sale, and does not rent contact lists.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Bluehost, which processes technical data in order to deliver the site. Messages sent through the website are delivered by Web3Forms, and calls you book are scheduled through Calendly. If you allow Analytics, Google provides Google Analytics. Each provider processes only what is needed for its service, and optional tools remain subject to your cookie choice.

How long information is kept

A cookie preference is kept for up to 12 months, or until you clear it or change it. Messages you send to Swift are kept for as long as needed to respond, keep a business record, or meet a legal requirement, and then deleted or reduced when they are no longer needed.

Security

Swift uses reasonable care to protect information submitted through the website. No website can promise perfect security. Do not send sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential client data through a public contact channel.

Links to other sites

This website may link to other sites, such as a professional profile. Those sites have their own policies. Swift is not responsible for how they handle information.

Changes

Swift may update this policy when the website changes. The date at the top of this page will change with it. Continued use of the site after an update means the new policy applies to new visits.

Requests about your information

You can ask Swift to provide, correct, or delete the information you sent through this website. Email the privacy contact below and say what you are asking for. Swift will respond to a reasonable request. Cookie preferences can be changed from Cookie Settings in the footer without an email. Information held under a separate client agreement is handled under that agreement, not this page.

This site uses only Necessary and Analytics cookies. Necessary cookies stay on so the site can remember your choice. Analytics (Google Analytics) stays off unless you turn it on.
